The project is guaranteed by the Expert Committee on Breast Radiology. This website is primarily aimed to enhance the public awareness of breast screening and breast cancer prevention, but also serves as the communication platform among the screening centres, as well as leading members of the Association of Czech Breast Radiologists, who run the mammography screening.

The English version of the website www.mamo.cz is not as comprehensive as the Czech version; however, you can still find here the most important information, such as the organization of breast screening in the Czech Republic, or the list of accredited screening centres.
